Guesthouse

The Social Facilities and the Applied Guesthouse, located in Bolu, which is popular among people that are fond of winter landscape as much as the ski fans, was built as a gift to the University by the İzzet Baysal Foundation in 1993. It has begun to serve guests with its renovated form having gone under maintenance and repair since March, 2012.

The Guesthouse, which matches all facilities expected from a city or resort hotel, is 4km away from the city centre and İstanbul-Ankara D100 highway.

The Guesthouse provides the facilities of free wireless internet, early check-in and late check-out, safe in private rooms, a medium-sized meeting room for private meetings, outdoor parking and 24 hour hot water.

The Guesthouse, established on an area of 3.370 square meters, as well as being a guesthouse, it provides the opportunity of applied training for the students of Tourism and Hotel Management School within the University’s Vocational Schools. The total bed capacity of the Guesthouse is 114 in a total of 57 rooms, of which 3 are suit and 54 are standard. While being repaired, it has been completely renovated and reorganized, thus it has presently got a wide and spacious entry and a panoramic glass lift.
